# Managing Multiple Screens

> See every screen on one page: check its status, change what it plays, rename it, rotate it, and reload it from a distance.

## Steps

### Step 1: Open Screens

Open "Screens". Each card shows the screen's name, whether it is online, and its current content.

> **Note:** Your first screen is free. Every extra screen needs a Premium licence.

### Step 2: Search by name

With many screens, search by name to find one fast.

### Step 3: Change content from the card

To change what a screen plays, pick new content right on its card.

> **Tip:** Each screen can show something different. Or point several at the same playlist, and one edit updates them all.

### Step 4: Rename the screen

Choose "Manage" for the rest. Give the screen a name that says where it is.

### Step 5: Turn it to portrait

Under "Orientation", turn the picture for a portrait display, and save your changes.

### Step 6: Reload from a distance

Back on the list, "Reload" restarts a screen's player from a distance.
