## Steps

### Step 1: View all your screens

The Screens page shows all registered screens with their status (online/offline), assigned content, and last activity. Use this as your control center for managing all displays.

### Step 2: Name screens descriptively

Use a consistent naming convention like "Location - Room - Purpose" (e.g., "HQ - Lobby - Welcome Display"). This makes it easy to find and manage screens at scale.

> **Tip:** Establish a naming convention before adding screens. Renaming later is possible but easier to get right from the start.

### Step 3: Monitor screen status

Keep an eye on screen connectivity. The Screens page shows each screen's online or offline status and last activity. Use this to quickly identify any displays that need attention.

> **Warning:** If a screen shows as offline, check its internet connection first. Most connectivity issues are resolved by restarting the network or the player device.

### Step 4: Update content remotely

All content updates happen remotely through the CMS. Change a playlist and it updates on all assigned screens within seconds — no need to physically visit each display.

> **Note:** Content updates are pushed in real-time. Your screens will reflect changes almost instantly after you save.
